This is a deep immersion Creative Breathwork training and personal transformation retreat. This retreat is designed to transform, purify and equip you with the tools for ongoing practice and healing.

For those who are looking to complete training as a Creative Breathwork Practitioner, this retreat is a prerequisite for Level 2 training. If you have already attended a Level 1 training, you are able to complete Level 2 training at this retreat. If you haven’t completed a Level 1 training, you are able to complete level 1 at this retreat. Please select the level relevant level to you when adding the item to the cart.

We will explore Water Breathwork, Land Breathwork, Fire purification, Rebirthing techniques, and more… A light high vibration diet will assist your body, mind and spirit to cleanse and rejuvenate, whilst you journey with the breath in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The retreat will commence at 9am day 1 and finish at 5pm day 8.
