Sunday evening Breathwork workshop 6pm- 8pm at Lawson Yoga Space, opposite Lawson railway station on the Great Western Highway.
This group is for both beginners to breathwork and those who have been using this technique regularly.
It is a well held private container for you to come and feel supported to learn how to breathe in a conscious connected way for healing, expansion, clarity and deep connection to self.
- Note- There are some conditions and circumstances that are contraindicated for this practice.: Pregnancy, some medications, some mental illnesses and some physical conditions are not conducive to breathwork groups.

Bookings Policy
Bookings close 2 days before the session starts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee is 50% of full fee if cancelled less than 1 Month before commencement date . Private session Cancellation fee is 25% of full fee if not given 24 hours notice.
