Breathwork practitioner training for those who have completed 10 Creative Breathwork sessions with Redlyn Kym and/or completed Level I and Level 2 breathwork training.
This is a live in retreat where you will complete 10 water sessions. This retreat is small and intimate with only 6 participants allowed. You will be working one on one with a qualified Creative Breathwork Underwater facilitator. You will have individual and group sessions of water breathwork.
This style of breathwork is powerful for shifting birth trauma as well as lineage trauma that has been handed down to you via unconscious patterns from your ancestors.
This is a powerful and life changing journey for those who are ready to go to the next level with breathwork. Underwater breathwork is deep work.
